Great time at the Ruby Marie in Vienna! The room is very nice, spacious, bright, modern and the beds are super comfortable. Next to that you have many different rooms to work or just to relax.

Wonderful hotel in a great location in Vienna if looking for a more budget friendly location rather than the Inner Stadt. Hotel is a minute walk to the brilliant clean subway system which takes you to the centre in 10 minutes or so. We arrived by airportbus from the airport to West Banhof which was ideal and also very close to the hotel. Excellent tram system within minutes also. Loads of fine restaurants, cafes, sho...

It should be presented as a 3* high-end hostel, and not a 4* hotel, since it lacks many of the things you find. This opinion is not absolute, so for some people this may be a good alternative, while for others like me it did not meet the needs.

Overall this has been a solid experience. Room is nice and exactly as described - very quiet and comfortable. Great location near the Westbahnhof and the U3 subway stop. Several nice restaurants in the area, and just a short trip to the city center. Breakfast has been good.

Hello. Its not my first time in this hotel. Im already a Ruby member. But today is impossible to book a room in this hotel. I tried 10 times!!! I sent tons of e-mails to this hotel asking for help to book a room! Nobody came to me with a help!!! Every time Today when I tried to finish my booking is Unexpected Error!!!
