A great hotel meets every expectation

WE have stayed un the Novotel on a regular basis since 2017. The service as usual is always very good.
We arrived by train from Frankfurt which was delayed. Stephan was on duty at reception and he helped us sort our room out. He is a credit to the Hotel Bar staff are also very good...

Nice hotel, excellent location

Stayed for 2 nights (separated by two weeks). Both rooms were excellent, clean and well appointed. Located next to the station, so really good for access to all areas of Vienna and for our trains, arriving and departing! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. We used the restaurant and were very impressed, the food was really good.

Very close to Wien Hbf, only 2-3 minutes walk. Room was clean and spacious by European standard. There are lots of choices for quick food at Hbf. Close to tourist attractions such as Belvedele Palace and St Charles Church. Overall very convenient and highly recommended....

Very nice hotel in central location

Booked an executive room and asked for a high floor. Was worth it. Room on 18th floor with a great view over the main station and city. Central location. Minibar being included was nice (with espresso machine and a water boiler). Would stay again and recommend...
