Modern hotel not far from the center of Vienna, spacious suite with mini kitchen and comfortable bed, convenient for families. Good varied breakfast. Nice and helpful staff and correct management of the hotel. Many thanks to the whole team of the hotel, we will come again!...

Great location , room and service.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was spacious with a fridge, table and microwave. We had breakfast in the room with food bought from the well stocked supermarket minutes away. On our first day the fridge was not working but this was quickly resolved. Friendly and helpful staff and a 12pm checkout. Amazing....

Never go back to Novotel suites Wein city

We were checked in to a room 201, we found urine not flush and spitting on the basin. The beds, hair dryer, everywhere full of dust. We took photo and told the reception. The reception guy said impossible but he immediately changed our room to 220. This room also full of dust, we need to clean it before we could stay here for 4 nights. We dont feel safe here, could not sleep well. The bathroom, toilet were all japane...

Good location , peaceful surroundings , accessible to most attractions , safe zones and friendly staff at the property.
Train station close by . Public transport short distance from the hotel and taxis plying at regular intervals. Slightly away from the noisy downtown...

Spacious modern rooms but underwhelming staff and food

flabbergasted by this place and doubt i will ever return. First, just as i arrived all the elevators went out of commission and assigned a room on the 7th floor. No proper update provided on when they would be fixed and went from in the next hour to later that night to now its next week! LOL. Happy to get some more daily steps in but the apathy from the staff is frustrating. No effort made to accommodate guests ...
