Our boking was initially incorrect but was rectified by the hotel. The staff member was helpful, but the Manger was unfortunately unpleasant.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the location was excellent....

This is not a four star hotel - we had a superior room which it wasnt. The room was very depressing and dark, and badly needs renovating, scratches on floor chipped paintwork etc. Had to open window at night as it was very warm and had to listen to people shouting etc at 3-4am. Thought staff could have provided a bit more information about things to do etc - one of the girls on reception with dark hair was howe...

Very convenient hotel in the commercial area of Vienna. We had a comfortable stay.
I suggest giving clearer indications to locate the main entrance/reception.
Breakfast selection would need some improvement....

Hotel situated near the Maria Hilfer shopping street, very close to the Museum quarter and charming Rathaus in Wien.
Very clean und comfortable hotel, with good service. Reception staff were friendly.
We like NH hotels everywhere and come back here again. Sure 🫶...
