the ladies at the reception were friendly and very helpful. the hotel is clean and soundproof. the breakfast is excellent

Stayed at this hotel during my visit to Vienna during July 2024 with my family earlier this year. And I can say that the hotel had relatively nice facilities including a TV, air-conditioning, chairs & table, a fridge and a worktop table not to mention the room and toilet were relatively well maintained. Warm welcome in Vienna!

After a long day of travel I received a warm welcome at this beautiful hotel. Feyza was friendly, helpful and quick at check-in. The room was clean, comfortable and bright. The lobby and bar area were lively and welcoming too! A great experience....

Well-located city hotel. Metro, bus and airport shuttle are in walking distance.Good Breakfast, Nice room. It would be better if the hotel hasb some car places where you can easily load and unload your luggage.

The hotel is near an underground station and in 20 minutes you can arrive in downtown. It offer a nice view of the Wiens skyline. Rooms are really pretty and confortable; theres also laundry service but its pretty expensive: an underwear costs 5 euros....
