Very helpful and friendly staff and a spacious room (premier). Breakfast is not cheap but is very good with a wide choice of food and drink. We liked the incentive of free drinks in exchange for not having the room cleaned every day. The location is convenient, too....

We were disappointed with our stay at the NH Hotel in Vienna. The rooms that were offered to us all had noticeable problems. We opted for a room on the 7th floor at the back with a balcony, but opposite the breakfast room. The night was very short because the shower didn't work and at 6 o'clock in the morning the staff in the neighboring room were making a lot of noise. The front desk service was exceptional and warm especially with Mira who helped reassure us after we had a bad experience on the U-bahn. Her consistently helpful manner made all requests and queries so easy. Thank you, you are an asset to NH Hotels. I recomend this hotel especially for the location,is really great and perfect.
The staff and all very gentle.
I would have some tips only for the cleaning and hygene to be this hotel awsome....
