BEWARE CONFUSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PREPAID, NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS.
I strongly advise anyone wishing to stay at this Premier Inn type hotel to book a FULLY FLEXIBLE reservation.
The terms for a prepaid, non refundable reservation state:
"Your reservation cannot be cancelled or modified free of charge. Cancellation, modification or non arrival fee is equal to 100% of your stay"

Me and my wife were for the second time in this hotel and we had a good experience .
Hotel is really well located on Mariahilferstrasse , main shopping street in Vienna
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, with decent shower, great TV .
Miss Mira from the reception helped us with an extra heater and advice about places in the proximity. Thank you very much , MIRA !...

When late checkout availability was requested, staff mentioned it's free for GHA Discovery members and will let me know by evening. Upon checking in the evening and providing GHA Discovery loyalty membership number, I was told we will be informed the morning of checkout. Nobody informed us about the late checkout so when I checked on checkout day the front lobby person said 36 euros for checkout by 2PM (2 hours aft...

Great Hotel for Families We Keep Coming Back!

Weve stayed at this hotel with our kids a few times now, and we always have a great time. The little things, like the water and treats in the lobby, are a big hit with the kidsthey love those small touches!
The rooms are always clean, cozy, and well-organized, which makes our stay super comfortable. Weve been coming back almost every year for a while now, and its consistently been a good experience.
