Very comfortable hotel, great location and breakfasts to 'die' for.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Can't fault anything, the alley in which the reception is accessed gave a person a nice "Christmas' feeling with the decorations.

I was 2 nights in the hotel. The room was clean and the claning staff is very helpful and friendly! The breaksfast was wonderfull! The service team was so kind, but Marijana was the most adorable person there! She was so nice to everyone! Im sure im going back! Thank you! :)...

A relaxing weekend

Another excellent weekend at our favourite Vienna hotel. Everything as expected, high quality throughout. I would request some seating in the smoking area outside, there used to be a table and chairs available. Apart from this, wonderful....

A wonderful, quaint hotel, which feels like the middle of Vienna. Staff were always on hand and could not do enough for you. Good selection at breakfast and a peaceful nights sleep. It is certainly somewhere you would return for a second trip....

Lovely stay all in all

Lovely few days spent in Vienna for the Coldplay concert. The hotel was ideal for us. AS others have commented, it is a bit dated, but everything was functional. I think ours was a standard room but it was large and spacious, good air con, good shower with hot water, and fridge which was useful for storing water (supermarket right at the end of the alley).
We didn't have breakfast but had pastries at a nearby cafe...
