Modern. Clean. Friendly staff.
Was disappointed in the cost for laundry. I expected it to be expensive but this was absurd. And double cost for weekends. 16 items = $180! Did not do it.
No cooling in the room. Only heat and windows do not open. No ventilation even. Only option was heat
No washcloths. Sam in the other Austria hotel....

One of the cleanest hotels Ive stayed at. The room was spacious, and the gym was better than most hotels of this size. The staff were friendly, but didnt seem to know too much about the area. Its an easy walk to the U-Bahn which is good because its not centrally located to most of Viennas attractions. We stayed here as part of a cycling trip. The price is more reasonable because of the location....

Wonderful room, amazing shower, and great breakfast. Also in a good location. The staff made us to-go breakfast since we had an early flight. Had a very nice experience there, highly recommend. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again....

Really good location, a couple of mins walk from a metro station. Hotel was clean and rooms spacious. Breakfast had a good selection and was very nice. Shower leaked through the tiles, so flooded the bathroom. Staff on check-in/out not very helpful, and our room wasnt serviced most days (and when it was they didnt come until like 5pm)....

Good but it could be better with good AC

We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights only, we choose it as they wrote they have an AC but unfortunately its a central AC and you can consider it an hotel without AC as it was very hot - we requested a portable fan and we went to the reception to get it.
they cleaned the room once during our stay and it wasnt fully cleaned - the cleaner removed the empty toilet paper and didnt put a new one.
