Visited the hotel with friends for 4 nights and would say the hotel with quite good but disappointed that we have no drinks facilities in the room, you can have free tea and coffee at reception, but although this is a nice register most people want to have the drink in their room, especially when they first wake up. Ok, so hotel is immaculately clean and functional, however, the first thing that greeted us were signs saying that you couldn't take hot drinks to your room - not very welcoming !!! No kettle in room, only one glass and no cups !! Never stayed in a hotel were you couldn't make a drink in your room. The hotel is fine if you want a base to stay outside of the city and public transport is amazing in Vienna, the U2 line...

The Hotel Lucia is an excellent hotel and a great value. We stayed for a week and everything either met or exceeded our expectations.
