Used this hotel as a base to visit the Christmas markets.

Stayed with my daughter while visiting the Christmas Markets.
The room is basic but clean and fine for what we needed. It was a place to sleep and shower. My only complaint with the room was that there was only one bedside table. But that was ok we improvised and moved the chair to the side of the bed. Also the TV only had sky news but the Wi-Fi in the room was great so we used the IPad to watch Netflix and Disney c...

Small rooms
Extra small shower
Fairly clean
Perfect location (though not city center, you'll barely feel it).
Friendly staff
You need to state every morning to the reception that you want housekeeping
Bottom line - it was a nice stay....

The room was nothing special, but was fine for a couple of days in Vienna. It was convenient to the rail hub so going downtown to the main tourist areas was easy once you figured out the underground system. The breakfast spread was good and I would get that if I ever returned, though I think I would select a hotel down in the older part of Vienna. I had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect, just in front of the train station, and the room was decent. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, especially David at the reception. When we were really hungry and couldn't receive an OTP from the food ordering app late at night, he generously offered his personal number to help us out. Perfect for traveling with adult son. We had a suite (206) with living room - sleeper sofa - and a bedroom. Both rooms had TVs, there was a small refrigerator, and 2 closets. The bedroom had two twin mattresses on one base - one mattress was firm and one was softer. Son said the sofa pull out bed was the best he had ever slept on.
