I think Leonardo himself actually built this hotel!

WoW, I feel like a total complainer because I just finished a review of how horrible Austrian Airlines was....But, I'm not lying when I say this was the Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my 66 years of life! I'm not sure how others rate hotels, but I don't see how it would be possible to recommend this hotel other than for its location to the Westbahnhof Train Station!

I read some great reviews for this hotel and had high hopes. I travel quite a lot with my 4yr old and a basic/standard hotel room is fine for us. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, the bathroom had mould, I had my pyjama's thrown on the floor with a dirty/wet cloth next to them and apart from two really helpful front of desk staff, the team were verging on rude. Such a shame but I wouldn't stay again based on this....

Stayed with my daughter while visiting the Christmas Markets.
The room is basic but clean and fine for what we needed. It was a place to sleep and shower. My only complaint with the room was that there was only one bedside table. But that was ok we improvised and moved the chair to the side of the bed. Also the TV only had sky news but the Wi-Fi in the room was great so we used the IPad to watch Netflix and Disney c...

Small rooms
Extra small shower
Fairly clean
Perfect location (though not city center, you'll barely feel it).
Friendly staff
You need to state every morning to the reception that you want housekeeping
Bottom line - it was a nice stay....

The room was nothing special, but was fine for a couple of days in Vienna. It was convenient to the rail hub so going downtown to the main tourist areas was easy once you figured out the underground system. The breakfast spread was good and I would get that if I ever returned, though I think I would select a hotel down in the older part of Vienna.
