On check in at this hotel went well the young lady was very polite and friendly but from there on it way down hill for service the lady on the breakfast desk was very rude as I had not prepaid and to fill in the form she also cleared some tables at mine I told her I had not finished she just waved her hand in the air and walked off

Short stay in Leonardo hotel Shronbrunn.

A delightful friendly well positioned hotel ,near the tram station.excellent bedroom with queen sized bed,shower room full of mod cons,the most comfortable bed ever!Breakfast room was vast,roomy well staffed served decaf coffee and a great range of food.I loved this hotel.This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in would love to return to it ....

We stayed here for 3 nights as a group of 6.
The Hotel is clean,modern and located ideally opposite the train station.
The staff were sadly quite miserable, and the area in which the Hotel is located is very much run down and lacks shops and restaurants....

Stayed here for the first time last week. I had made an initial booking for one night and the decided to stay another night on a sperate booking . They sorted this with no fuss when we checked in and we had the same room which came with a balcony on seventh floor for both nights . It was very hot in Vienna but we had excellent air conditioning in the room and it was nice having a meal of salads from the Spar next doo...

The hotel is conveniently situated in front of a subway station, only a few stops away from the city centre. The hotel is excellent. The room is cosy and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned with fresh towels provided daily. The staff is very polite and helpful....
