With the exemption of a guy called Mustafa, the rest of the front desk staff was either rude or unhelpful.You can Google it was an answer my wife was given by the manager upon a question about stores operation hours that she asked on the arrival date. I've Asked multiple times in vain to fix or change a single hairdryer (I ended buying my own hairdryer to use it in this place). Sorry, I can't do anything to help ...

Lovely hotel. Across the Road from the metro, would recommend and i would stay here again,
Breakfast very nice and worth the money.
Rooms clean and tidy.
Staff very friendly and helpful when asked questions.
The beer on tap there was very morish, and not 2 expensive...

Enjoyable stay. Staff were always polite and helpful, particularly on reception. Good location 2 minute walk from central station. Rooms were a good size. Beds were made and towels replaced every day. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Only negative was that we stayed in a family room that had an open shower area with no door and a separate toilet. Not ideal when 3 adults sharing a room....

Hotel located very close to the main station where you can take train direct to airport, underground or buses.
Our check in was smooth as we did the online check. We were lucky that rooms were available upon our arrival at round 1 pm.
Room was spacious, clean and looked new. Toilet and bathroom is separated. WiFi is good. However, the downside: theres no bathroom door and with a ceiling to floor glass ...

Very good hotel near the central station in Vienna with very good links to everything in the city. Very modern and clean, spacious room, very quiet and cosy, with all the amenities you want. Very good breakfast with good quality and variety products, satisfying all tastes. Very nice and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again when in Vienna, as it exceeded my expectations....
