The hotel is nothing fancy, nothing extra, but we had a really good stay here. We arrived in Vienna after a 4 day festival so this hotel room was very much needed. The front desk agents were always very nice. The room was clean and fresh when we got it. The bed was big and soft, in the shower 3 in 1 body wash was provided in big amounts, again nothing fancy but has a great smell.

I couldnt rate this hotel more highly. Every member of staff is super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to be kind to us after a hard day. The room is modern, clean and the aircon is incredible. Definitely stay here!!! Location is also great 7 mins from the underground that will get you anywhere in Vienna...

I recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel Vienna Otto-Wagner during my trip and had an excellent experience. Check in and check out were spacious, smooth, quick and hassle-free. The room was clean and well-maintained with high speed WiFi.
Overall, I found the hotel to be excellent value for money....

First room was dusty and had hair on the bed, so we changed room. There is no air conditioning, despite what they advertise, it was blowing out 29 degree heat all night and we couldn't sleep. I've seen other reviews with the same complaint, and staff confirmed A/C only works at certain times.
