We enjoyed our stay. Room was large and clean; breakfast was excellent. Public aeras in the hotel were also clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. If we wanted to stay in this area of Vienna again we would certainly stay here. Close to St. Stephen's, Central Cafe, and to the U-Bahn to travel to other parts of the city. A beautiful hotel located in the middle of the mall. Close to absolutely everything. Our room was the most spacious we could find in Europe. Wooden floors, large bathroom sitting chairs and double glazed windows. Kettle is not standard in the room but ask the staff and they will gladly provide one as well as cups and saucers. Lovely hotel right in the heart of Vienna. The staff was wonderful and the room is large and spacious. Very old world vibe. We even had a large bathtub! Mini bar reasonably priced as well. There is a lift too. Cant speak to the air conditioning as we visited in November. We would stay again!...

A wonderful hotel. From the amazing location, to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, this is my new favorite hotel. The breakfast is outstanding, the hotel is beautiful and spotless clean. As a solo traveler I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The afternoon coffee in the beautiful sitting area is a delight....

Great hotel to spend a lovely vacantion with my daughter and my mother!
It is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable; the breakfast is delicious, especially the Kaiserschmarrn.
It's location offers a great shopping experience.
We warmly recommend this hotel!...
