Could not fault this hotel. Its location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast. All fantastic. Only thing that was missing was a bar. But we like to explore different bars, etc., anyway.
Would recommend me this hotel to any of my friends. If we ever go to Vienna again, this will be the place where we will stay. Only minutes from Stephansplatz underground station next to the Cathedral....

This is without a doubt a must stay if you are visiting the beautiful city of Vienna. You can not beat the location, the friendly staff, the immaculate cleannliness of the rooms, and the overall vibe!! Stayed 3 nights here and would absolutely stay again, loved it. ...

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Vienna

Our stay here was one of the best we had on this trip to Europe! The hotel is perfectly located such that most of the major sites are within a 20-30 minute walk. The room was spacious, clean, and despite being across from the elevator, quiet. Kevin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist my husband and I with an issue early in the morning before our flight back to the US. We'...

Best location in Vienna. Steps from St. Stephan's. Friendly staff, and very responsive to emails. We arranged transfer from the airport through them, and it was top notch. Good breakfast, large room, very clean. We were very happy to spend 6 nights here. We would stay here again, and have recommended them to others on the Christmas Market Facebook group....

We asked if we could have an early breakfast on the day we were leaving the hotel. They told us that breakfast time was at 07:00. We also followed the rules. But at 06:30 in the morning, we saw 4 people having breakfast in the restaurant. Even though the restaurant door was locked, we saw that they entered and exited from the kitchen staff entrance.
