Absolutely nothing like the photos. You get one pillow. There is a 24hr notice to have your room cleaned, if you are not aware of this, then you keep the same towels and the bins are also not emptied. The staff on reception are not very helpful or friendly. We had paid for breakfast but after the first morning we ate elsewhere. There is no lounge. It is a lobby with a vending machine, so you drink your wine from a pa...

We had a great stay at InterCity Hotel Wien. Centrally located on a quiet area of town with a grocery store with various goodies at your disposal. A good 20 - 25 walk to Innere Stadt/Opera House where all the activities is. Great staff, clean facility and rooms. Will stay here again....

Wonderfully located Hotel, right on the Mariahilferstrasse. Walking distance to the Westbahnhof and loads of restaurants/shopping. Incredible breakfast too, well worth the extra cost when booking. Had a single issue with the A/C, but it was fixed quickly....

Rude and Unhelpful Staff

We arrived at 3pm and was originally told our room was not available. After asking to speak to an additional member of staff this was resolved. At around 10pm a large leak appeared in our ceiling through the light. This went on for around 20 minutes. We reported this to reception who rudely said nothing we can do. I do not recommend this hotel- very rude and unhelpful staff....

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Total false advertising, claims to have a bar / lounge which it doesn't, mini bar in each room which it doesn't and tea / coffee facilities in each room which it also doesn't.
