Good Location but there is no Air conditioning in all rooms

The hotel is well located. You can walk to most attractions. The breakfast is good. Not all rooms have air conditioning and even though they have a window, that window faces a patio with a glass roof and no air circulation. We had to ask to change rooms and they lent us a fan. I would not go to this hotel in the summer for that reason. The hotel staff was generally friendly....

I stayed here on a solo trip to Vienna and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a great central location - most of the main city sights are within talking distance.

Step back in time to the eloquence and tasteful sophistication of true Viennese style and enjoy this gloriously comfortable hotel in the heart of old town Vienna! Beautiful hotel with perfect location. Friendly staff that were more than accommodating! Very clean! Highly recommend and would definitely use again when visiting Vienna. Breakfast included was a perk, very nice presentation and options to choose from....

I've stayed at three or four different hotels in Vienna, but this is my hand's down favorite. In fact, i's one of my favorite hotels anywhere.
