I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel early October.
The front desk staff double as barista, bartender, and customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Was able to purchase my hop on hop off bus ticket from them.
Excellent location close to HBF station which is also a stop on one of the hop on hop off bus routes. Only negative was that it advertises as air conditioning in the rooms. My room was hot and when I asked ...

Great up beat hotel. Nicely decorated. clean room, bed was great and the bathroom appropriate for the size.
Staff were helpful and able to organise a airport transfer at short notice.
Great foyer for relaxing and having a drink.
Well worth staying here....

This hotel is conveniently situated near Vienna main station. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. I chose a garden room as I thought would be quieter. Staff at check-in were friendly. Breakfast seemed expensive, so I ate elsewhere....

Great location, amazing people, clean, safe and very convenient. It serves majority of any traveler needs. The staff are very helpful and willing to assist. Location is really great and surrounding is all walkable beautiful areas with tourists attractions. I will come back for sure. ...

This hotel was wonderful. Admittedly its not located in the heart of Vienna, but it is within a stones throw of Vienna HBF which was ideal for someone like me arriving by train from the airport, then departing again by train to Budapest next day.
As I said it is located practically next to the train station while there is also a tram stop outside the hotel so getting around Vienna is not an issue.
