Good situation but bad cleaning service

Good hotel located in the center of Wien.
Our room was dusty but confortable.
No bootle of water availble in the room but you can buy one of 0.33l for 3.7 ......

A super hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the availability of tea and coffee throughout he day. The location is ideal for getting to see the sights and visiting local bars and restaurants. We would definitely return and highly recommend....

The Hotel Schani Salon would be a considered an Inn in the Eastern United States, and in other areas a boutique hotel. Lodging doesn't get much better than this hotel. The hotel staff are very sincere, friendly, and helpful. I think we met each of the workers, and all the staff members make you feel very welcome.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location-easy walk to the most tourist attractions, museums and Christmas markets. The room was nice with comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. The staff is polite, very friendly and helpful. There was a Nespresso machine in the room. The breakfast was lovely. Metro station is outside the door....

My partner and I booked to stay at the Hotel Schani Salon based on the online reviews for a long weekend in Vienna, We decided to book the Hotel Schani Salon as all of the reviews seemed overwhelmingly positive! I wish I had viewed some of the photos online, however the reviews where so positive on here and other sites that we decided to book.
