Great hotel, beautiful decor, warm and clean with friendly staff, we would not hesitate to stay again.

We chose this hotel at Christmas due to it's location to the centre of Vienna and the Christmas markets we wanted to attend.
I must say that it did not disappoint and from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly and professional staff, who were always upbeat and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location, with 2 x Metro stations nearby and the main railways station about 20 minutes walk away.

The hotel was excellent. Its location is brilliant. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and all facilities excellent. The breakfast included was sumptuous. The staff were friendly and helpful

Comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast, including the usual hot options (sausages, bacon, eggs, etc), as well as a wide selection of breads, cakes, cheeses.
The hotel is located in a quiet side street but only a few minutes walk from the main sights....

The room was beautiful and clean even down to the chocolates on the pillow
The room was spacious and the beds extremely comfortable ( I usually struggle with hotel beds)
The bathroom was well equipped and spacious the shower over the back was lovely and powerful. The towels could have been bigger but it's not a deal breaker.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this small hotel over Christmas. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We loved hearing the peal of church bells. The front desk staff was very helpful both before and during our stay. They secured a Christmas dinner reservation, which we were struggling to find ourselves.
