This hotel is top notch.
Reception staff friendly
Lovely clean bedroom and sparkly clean bathroom with soft towels and toiletries.
Breakfast was amazing with such a Brillant choice of hot food. Cereals , juices , pastries, cake, various breads, variety cheese, various hams / salami , yogurt and fresh fruits. Lots of teas and coffee. And champagne if you want ! Could not fault it at all.

This was our first visit to Vienna and the hotel team made it a very special one.
They have created a very friendly, helpful and lovely atmosphere in the hotel.
They helped organise a car to collect us from the airport, the rooms are very quiet and well equipped.
Theres a great choice at Breakfast so youre set up for a great days sightseeing....

Hotel very charming and beautiful. Staff all helpful especially Nikolai he is amazing. Breakfast presentation of many great things to eat is plenty for all types of dietary needs- vegan options worked out well for us. Staff at breakfast is quick and efficient. They offer room service during the afternoon and evening there is no restaurant to sit down and eat a meal. Rooms are big enough and comfortable for a wee...

We came to this hotel with our friends from Wednesday 20th to Saturday 23rd November.
Really cannot fault this lovely hotel. The first thing we noticed was how friendly and warm the reception team were.
We had a problem with our safe and immediately, somebody came to help us!
There were little extras on the beds, like Ferrero rocher chocolates. Simple but it just makes it a bit special and a departing bag of goo...

Lovely hotel, quiet yet very near to all the attractions and the underground at Karlsplat. The room was spacious and very clean The breakfasts were delicious, and the bar served small snack meals such as Goulash and cheese toasties, ideal for us after walking round the Christmas market- Karlsplat Christmas market is a must and a very short walk away.
