The location is very convinient, to museums and shopping center.

This is my third stay in this hotel and I liked it again.
The rooms are very cosy and therefore relaxing.
It was a pleasure to return to the hotel after the tiring day.
The breakfast is very good with a variety of quality choices.
Staff is very friendly and always ready to help....

It's a well decorated room in a good area. It was a shame they turn off the ventilation when the temperature drops to 56° f at night. They told me to sleep with the windows open, but the windows has no thermostat and it's impossible to sleep with a comfortable temperature. ...

Home away from home. This is how I will describe this wonderful hotel in the wonderful Josefstadt in Vienna.
I have stayed here so many times and have never been disappointed. The minute I walk through the doors it is like coming home.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming and will do everything to make you feel at home.

This hotel went over all our expectations!
The service when adapting a group booking to for a prolonged stay was an excellent start. The service received when checking in was also great. Whenever we needed something, either mineral water or information - the reception was very helpful.
We stayed in a junior suite, as we were staying five nights and needed space to work part time from the room. The cleaning of the roo...

Receptionist not friendly and not at all helpful. Her colleague greeted her guests and was providing them with information whereas we were handed keys and that was that.
The room (deluxe double) was dark and depressing with mould on the wall. We were offered another room on floor 6 but this was an attic room and worse than the initial room so we stuck with it.
