Viennese style Hotel, very functional newly renovated rooms, excellent selection for Breakfast and staff are very attentive. The location is perfect to reach within 20 minutes many center Viennese location e.g. Stepahnsdom. Many restaurants nearby, very close to Parliament and Cafe Landmann....

We went there for christmas with a travel agency. Last day our flight was at 21:45 so we thought our agency paid for that night. Nobody called us to say we should chek out because our time was up! At 2 pm My card didnt work and i asked the receptionist why it doesnt work and they said the lock has a problem! They didnt say it doesnt work because my time was up. And maid us to pay 200 for a complete day at their ...

Tomas & Thomas are the nicest people we have ever met at a reception in a hotel. The hotel is clean and well located, just behind the Rathaus. The breakfast includes a great coffee & chocolate machine, cheese, eggs, bacon, bread and many more!...

Me and my fiancée chose this hotel in Vienna for my birthday and we couldnt have made a better choice!
We were given complimentary amenities and letters to celebrate my birthday, both upon arrival (3 days before my birthday) and also on the actual day of the birthday! The hotel and staff went above and beyond to provide us with the best hotel experience Ive ever had.

Excellent hotel on a quiet street near the city center. Great breakfasts, great service. Nice clean quiet rooms. Comfortable pillows and down-beds. Don't forget to ask for breakfast box if you check out early. We'll be glad to return here. Highly recommend....
