Great location, very helpful staff dealt with all enquiries professionally. Concert on Sunday was excellent. Room was clean and very comfortable and breakfast very good. I would highly recommend you can walk into the city centre from the hotel therefore admiring all the beautiful buildings....

Little gem with authentic charm

Stayed here with my husband in December, pre Christmas break. We were in the Marie Therese room on 5th Floor. It was fabulous, felt like the Queen myself. Room and bathroom were spotless. Hotel is small but perfectly formed. It's charming and welcoming. The receptionists were all helpful, cheerful and very knowledgeable. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. Beethoven Wein is a great hotel for a stay in Vienna. We always prefer local hotels to chains . We had a standard room which was perfect for us. The hotel is very well located - easy to get to from the airport and very close to the Naschmarket which is a great place to explore - walking distance to all the sights and lots of food and drink options around. Fantastic hotel with a super comfortable room, this was our second visit and we liked it so much we also plan to go back again in the Spring. Very nice food for breakfast and the staff were all very helpful. The location is perfect for walking to the centre of Vienna and there is a tube station 3 minutes walk away....

Uncomfortable bed, dusty room, and unexpected dog

The mattress is not in good condition. It made my husband and me feel uncomfortable
and painful. The room looked clean but after staying that for four nights, we noticed there were plenty of dust underneath of the table. Surprisingly, a dog bark heavily and appeared on the breakfast level and main entrance to block the way of in and out. The hotel did not mention that they had a pet in the hotel.
