We visited Vienna in November 2024. This is our second visit to the city. Upon arrival, the check in was quick and painless.
The room we booked was spacious. Water was provided in a jug. There is no milk in the fridge, but this is not an issue.
The location is excellent. Within walking distance to the main station or inner city.
We didn't try the breakfast as we liked to have options to buy breakfast from the nearby ...

Good hotel - good location which was easy to walk to centre or get the underground - staff very friendly and helpful . Rooms clean so a good base for exploring Vienna. Big shout out to Paul the barman.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,...

Everything you expect from a Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast offering was excellent, plenty of choice and always fresh. The location was great too, very easy to walk into the city. Highly recommend....

Everything was very good! I was here for my birthday with my friends and we really enjoyed. Staff is very friendly and nice, that really makes the difference

Nice place to stay with excellent reception staff

I stayed for a couple of nights whilst on a city break in Vienna. The hotel is a short walk @ 15 Min from the main tourist city centre area & @ 5 min walk to the nearest underground station.
My room was clean, tidy & comfortable, with the usual safe, iron, toiletries etc. Although I didnt use one, I did notice a stack of umbrellas for guests use, which is a nice touch.
