We stayed in this hotel to celebrate new year 2025 in Vienna. We got good experience here: the room is so spacious and so clean. The staffs are so friendly and very helpful. The location is about 15-20 min walking down to the main shopping street which maynot be a problem for us. The waiting room is well designed and decorated with beautiful art. Holiday Inn Vienna City is a very good choice to stay in Vienna. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the luxurious ambiance and the impeccable service. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The on-site dining options were outstanding, with delicious food and impeccable service. The overall experience was worth every penny. We highly recommend to anyone....

Our family had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for exploring the area, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast too with lots of options! Highly recommend it for a family getaway....

Great welcome at reception by Robin, he was kind, friendly and helpful to us.
We had a smooth check in and were upgraded.
The team had put together information packs for local Christmas markets and how to get there.
Our room was lovely and cleaned and replenished daily.

What an excellent place. From my arrival and welcome to my departure. The staff were really polite and welcoming. Mr place is clean and modern. A pleasure to come back to after a day spent in Vienna which is itself an amazing city. Would not hesitate to return....
