Friendly, helpful staff. Small rooms

Lovely hotel with such friendly staff, both on the front desk and in the restaurant.
The only criticism I have is that the rooms are quite small. We asked to upgrade, but were told the hotel was fully booked.
The pool looks lovely but as it was December we didn't actually use it.
Great location for the trams and tube...

Small Rooms with Average Cleanliness, but Excellent Restaurant Service

The rooms are very small without closets, and the cleanliness of the rooms is quite mediocre. They only make the beds but do not clean the room or the bathroom. Additionally, they do not wash the coffee cups or glasses. However, the restaurant and the waiters are excellent. The breakfast is perfect. The location is excellent, as is the hotels atmosphere....

Not a five star hotel

Firstly the hotel is described by booking sites as a 5* hotel, it is not, the first impression of the hotel is very underwhelming, the reception is squeezed into a small lobby, with no seating, I contacted the hotel prior to my visit and informed them I would be travelling with my adult son and daughter, and requested one room with twin beds as I would be sharing the room with my adult son, I was told that I would ne...

Firstly the location is fabulous, the concierge staff are so happy and helpful, the bedrooms are lovely & beds comfy, the breakfast was beautiful (could have stayed up there all day watching the view)
The rooftop restaurant (limon) we went in every evening for a night cap, simply perfect!
When we return to Vienna We will certainly be staying here.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Very comfortable bed & wonderful rooftop terrace bar although breakfast very expensive for what it was. Receptionist Rohan was extremely helpful going out of his way to help. Would definitely stay again....
