Stylish hotel, great location, good value. Really nice room, only warning is shower isnt in a separate bathroom, so you access next to the bed and its glass so see through. So all good if youre with a SO not so much with friends !
Bed was on the hard side. But nice design room....

I'm surprised this isn't better rated. Our stay (5 adults, 3 rooms, 2 nights with breakfast) was excellent and very good value (booked through Expedia but I don't think we had a special rate). Would recommend this hotel to friends. Breakfast was extremely good, we had dinner on the 8th floor one night and it was great, and we frequented the bar on 8 a couple of times with good service and great drinks. Locati...

A well appointed hotel with good rooms. Some of the hallways are a bit tired and it struggles for a 5* rating (which Im not sure it claims). It is very well located for the 1st district and affords easy walking distance of the sights alongside Viennas impeccable public transport. 38 seems steep for a breakfast that can be bettered with a short walk to a local cafe. We stayed at the Ferdinand hotel and decided to have dinner at the main restaurant for my husbands birthday.
The food was good specially the starters.
I did not enjoy very much the schnitzel. I found a bit dry. Service at the restaurant is good they try to smile until you pay....

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable mattress, lovely duvets. We booked a Superior room, and there was plenty of space, a wardrobe and storage. Stylish design. Lovely big shower, and the toiletries smell great. The shower is within the room, which maybe isn't for everyone if it's friends sharing a room rather than a couple.
