Decent hotel - shame about glass showers in the bedroom

This hotel is nice and comfortable, priced accordingly but the glass showers situated in the bedrooms are awkward since not every two people travelling together are a couple. Me and my friend had to repeatedly leave the room while the other one was showering which was truly bizarre.
There is a bar within a hotel but if you travel during quieter months, youll find it difficult to hail a member of staff to serve you...

I had a hotel reservation on 12/24/24 for 6 nights booked through Booking.com at a cost of 1200 euros and I had to fly with Austrian Airlines. On 12/5 the airline announced that it was canceling the flight from Israel and postponing the flights to the end of January 2025. Very nice hotel, good location, friendly service. The breakfast buffet was great. Adequate room was comfortable and cozy. Walkable location to the metro and many museums or sights. Very close to Rathaus park so was easy to get to a central Christmas market...

Excellent hotel, in an excellent location, clean with all amendities, friendly staff and great rooms.
Tram 2 passing outside the hotel entrance with connectivity all over Vienna.
During Christmas time the biggest Christmas market is five minutes walk away....

We are currently staying at the hotel and when we arrived, we were given just the basics of where our room was located and it's the hotel facilities. We weren't given any information, such as where the restaurant for breakfast was located or given any maps of the area. We were hungry and decided to go to the Food and Bar to get a snack and was told that they do not serve food. We are not sure if the restaurant on the...
