A beautiful old hotel with lots of history and charm. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great, easy access to trams and a 15 minute walk to centre of Vienna.Exceptional breakfast with lots of choice.The staff were extremely kind, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend the hotel and if I return to Vienna in the future will stay there....

Great hotel. Located close to public transport which was very convenient including local trams and only a short distance to the central station too. Loved learning about the history of the hotel. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Great restaurant with traditional meals. Breakfast was amazing. ...

The hotel is nice, typical and close to the city center (10 min walking). The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Overall we enjoyed the stay and we would recommend to book here.
Regarding the breakfast we would add something more on sweet side increasing the quality as well, the rest was good! ...

My first time at this hotel, and also my first time in this area of Vienna.
Arrived late, warm welcome at reception, fast and efficient.
The room was clean bright and bed very comfortable .
Not much of a view, inner courtyard, but in winter time not an issue ,
The breakfast was superb , great selection from hot to cold , and the hot was hot , which is not very common in hotel breakfast buffet .
