Great location, staff all so friendly and helpful . Breakfast great variety, good hours.museums and Christmas markets nearby, no real bar, but minibar in room fairly reasonably priced. Short walk from underground , easy transfers from airport, to win mitte then underground...

A 7 day stay at a comfortable and conveniently located hotel. A clean and warm room equipped with a kettle, a secure safe, large comfortable beds and an efficient shower. The chambermaid attended to our room daily. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful and most of them spoke English. The staff here were so friendly, the rooms were very tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with a good selection.
Good walking distance to the city and very close to under ground train. Would definitely recommend for a weekend stay in Vienna....

The usual friendly and professional welcome.The staff made sure to make our visit as comfortable as possible even arranging transport, printing access tickets and boarding passes. And always with a smile. Room very welcoming and clean and sparkling after renovation. Food attractive and very tasty.

Hotel is beautiful and located a few steps from metro station. Only one station apart from Vienna Central Train Station. Rooms are renovated and bathrooms are very clean. Staff is absolutely fantastic. A gem near downtown Vienna...
