We stayed at DoubleTree hotel and I would like to share my experience. We had a very spacious room - the mattress, pillows, and bathroom, everything was functional, so we were satisfied with the room. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly, smiling receptionist who gave us warm cookies, which we really appreciated. The garage and parking are also fine.

After a long day of travel I was so pleased to encounter a friendly and efficient staff member at check-in. And, I was even happier to find out that the Double Tree still offers its guests free chocolate chip cookies when you arrive! So this leg of our vacation is off to a great start....

I would especially like to commend a front desk staff member, Goran Barbu, for an outstanding professional manner. He greeted us with a huge smile and friendly attitude . He was so very kind, patient and helpful with all our questions. He made our stay so enjoyable. Everyday he greeted us with his smile and friendliness....

The staff is excellent and easy to work with. We were a team travelling to St. Louis for competition. This hotel was very accommodating. Our team loved the breakfast. The location to Wash Univ. St. Louis is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel....

One of my favourite hotels in Vienna. We stayed in it for around 10 times so far. First time it was part of the Austria Trend hotels group, then Radisson Blu and finally now, when its known as DoubleTree by Hilton. Its located near the Schönbrunn castle, which is a bit far from the city center, but when you come by car its not a problem at all. Maybe its even advantage to be surrounded by peace and nature rather...
