Comfortable, friendly hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
It was well situated for accessing the city centre and Christmas markets, with a tram stop outside the hotel if needed. We enjoyed walking to the various venues to see the beautiful architecture.
Good breakfast, though we had to queue for coffee - another machine needed!

A very nice hotel in Wenen
We had a very nice room only the temperature was a bit too hot in the room
The breakfast was extensive and there was live music in the weekend.
The hotel is located perfect for public transport in Wenen.
Also from the outside the hotel looks very nice. I would certainly recommend it....

Excellent hotel and location for visiting Vienna

Excellent hotel in a great location to either take a 20 minute walk to the city or tram 44 just outside the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were really hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of dishes to set you up for the day. Would stay again when returning to Vienna....

Pleasant 4-night stay in a clean and spacious room. Breakfast is great with a lot of options.
The location is not central, but there is a tram and metro station nearby, so it's not difficult to get around. The staff was kind.
They are also dog-friendly!...

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was decent and cosy for 3 people and clean as well. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Santiago who recommended us some places to go. I would definitely come back! Thank you very much team Donauwalzer....
