Booked as part of a package.
Easy check in.
Friendly reception staff.
Fair sized room and bathroom.
At front of hotel on main road. Not noisy with windows shut.
Was rather warm, adjusting temp control did work but took quite a while (just opened window for a bit).
Good choice for breakfast, no issue getting a table.
Tram and bus stops nearby for travelling into city centre.
Would stay again....

Amazing room, awful breakfast

Room was huge. We were expecting something similar to Travelodge or Premier Inn, but the room was far bigger than any of those we had stayed in at other hotels.
Huge bed, large cupboard, fridge, kettle, spacious shower room. Very good.
Breakfast was less than desirable and was inconsistent across our weeks stay- some very strange options and the quality was poor - the best thing was the yoghurt and sliced peaches....

Perfect base for exploring Vienna by public transport

Visited in December 2024 with my sister, a 7 Yr old and 14 Yr old. The hotel is very well situated for buses and trams, and we found it to be a perfect base to explore Vienna. Our room was a quadruple room with enough space for the 4 of us. One double bed and 2 low single beds. The 2 low single beds are not comfortable at all and are like sleeping on the pavement; ask for some extra duvets for more comfort (we stayed...

This is a very functional hotel perfect for a few days break in Vienna . We took an Uber to and from airport - about 15/20 minutes and cost less than 30 euros each way ( the train is about 4 euros per person each way and then you have your get the metro which is about 7to10 minute walk from hotel )
There is a bar/coffee shop at front with lovely friendly lady serving ( cant remember her name) .

Location good for bus 74A can get up to underground stations near shopping mall. Then a little walk for 4A into Karlsplatz city from hotel. Bottom of road for tram 18 good for Belverdere, Arsenal museum.
Breakfast good continental.
Cooked scrambled egg, scrambled egg with bacon, boiled eggs, cut up frankfurters and sometimes bacon.
Only whole milk.
Bedroom we had quadruple and bed settee not comfortable at all. ...
