* This hotel has new facilities with unfriendly staff to attend to the basic requirements of the guests.
* Breakfasts are plagued by rude staff who avert their gaze to avoid being asked for anything or even saying good morning. The kitchen staff are incapable of being attentive. The preparation of eggs, at breakfast, sentences an area as egg station, but the bad face, bad temper and awful preparati...

Best place in Vienna.

Recently stayed here for 4 nights, and what a room. Bed was one of the comfiest I've ever had, bathroom was immaculate, the cleanliness was top notch and was very convenient for public transport links.
Staff were helpful with checking in and had no issues with my stay.
Would recommend....

The hotel is really well kept and modern. The room seemed to be really clean and looked very new.
We stayed on the 7th floor and it was dead quiet, which was great.
The rooms are fairly small but there was sufficient room for me and my wife on a city break. There is a coffee machine, a small fridge, and a safe in the room.
The air con worked well enough but maybe doesn't quite cool the room down as much as you'...

Fabulous hotel! If you want a hotel that is super clean , modern , beautiful modern rooms and an amazing bathroom with everything you can ask for, very close to all amenities and transport links, lovely friendly staff and a very comfortable sleep ( I went to sleep, and only woke up as my partner woke me or Id still be asleep) then book here ! Fabulous , dont delay in booking....

excellent location : 2 minutes to U1 kagran and 4 minutes walk to westfield.
good and very clean and smart room can control light adjustments inside .
nespresso machin and boiler are available in your room and charges every day .
room is very quiet and relax my room located at 3rd floor .
free wifi in hotel .
hotel windows has equipped with shader to adjust sunlight for relaxing while you are sleeping.
