Comfortable Stay Near Schönbrunn Palace with Great Accessibility

We were welcomed by a very kind and friendly team. There is no parking available at the hotel itself, but there is an underground garage right next door. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a quiet environment. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Convenient location, friendly staff, and wonderful rooms that are clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant hotel in the Schönbrunn near shops and restaurants....

4* hotel. Pfft I think not. Disgusting. Booked a twin superior room. They put me in a double with my mum. So had to be moved to another room which still was not a twin room. The mattress topper had lots of blood on it. Had to wait for room to be organised AGAIN. And this was a smaller room that what I had paid for. So I at least deserve a discount if not a refund for this awful service. Spit and food in the bathroom ...

Easy check in. Location of hotel is near metro and train stations. Not many restaurants nearby - just one which is excellent. Rooms big and clean. Bit weird housekeeping arrangements. Room not serviced even at 3.45pm in the afternoon. Mini-bar in room, free WiFi....

Living as a royal guest!

This is the third time that I have stayed here and I love the history of the building - a guest house for royal guests!
The views are also incredible and food is always great! This time I got a bigger room and it felt like luxury!
The only thing I would say - perhaps cleaning staff could be more meticulous - I found clothes of the previous guest still in the closet and cleaning was not thorough as I would like....
