Arrived at the hotel and was impressed by its very tastefully decorative scheme. Rooms are very good, clean, very high class as is the hotel itself, however its spoiled by the 30minute check in & out queues!! Plus no personal attention to us...

The hotel is well positioned for attractions and mainly Schonbrunn Palace and Park. It is very comfortable and staff are very friendly, and go an extra mile. The food is delicious, breakfasts are fabulous. I spent 4 nights there meeting my family three times. My cousin's daughter used to go dancing there with her husband before they had their children and they love the hotel. There are shops nearby and Kurkonditorei ...

We were welcomed by a very kind and friendly team. There is no parking available at the hotel itself, but there is an underground garage right next door. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a quiet environment. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Convenient location, friendly staff, and wonderful rooms that are clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant hotel in the Schönbrunn near shops and restaurants....

4* hotel. Pfft I think not. Disgusting. Booked a twin superior room. They put me in a double with my mum. So had to be moved to another room which still was not a twin room. The mattress topper had lots of blood on it. Had to wait for room to be organised AGAIN. And this was a smaller room that what I had paid for. So I at least deserve a discount if not a refund for this awful service. Spit and food in the bathroom ...
