We chose this hotel due to the positive reviews and location. The location was good, the rooms were large and clean. However, the staff, particularly the reception staff, were extremely rude and unhelpful. At check-in, the gentleman on reception barely glanced at us, did not offer any welcome or information and was quite surly. A centrally located hotel with easy access to all the Christmas markets but far enough away from crowds. We were impressed with the size of the room and comfortable beds. Most importantly, it was clean and lovely and quiet in the night. We would definitely stay again....

Very helpful reception and really great sized room. We had a comfortable stay and found the location convenient with the option to walk, use the tram or taxi. Easy to reach from the airport
Tea and coffee available in the room. Bathroom facilities are good...

Ive never left a 5* review before but this hotel was excellent. Ive never slept so well in a hotel and it was silent all night. Our room faced the courtyard in the middle. I shared a twin superior room with my daughter. The staff were really friendly and welcoming too. Its almost opposite the train station and less than 200m to the tram station....

Excellent hotel, lovely big room with very comfortable beds and pillows, delicious breakfast with a great choice of cooked and cold food, very helpful staff. Lovely lady at breakfast reception who let me take back a little jug of fresh milk for my cup of tea in the room!
The hotel was also immaculate and very clean. Location was great - we walked everywhere or got an Uber or metro.
