Ive never left a 5* review before but this hotel was excellent. Ive never slept so well in a hotel and it was silent all night. Our room faced the courtyard in the middle. I shared a twin superior room with my daughter. The staff were really friendly and welcoming too. Its almost opposite the train station and less than 200m to the tram station....

Excellent hotel, lovely big room with very comfortable beds and pillows, delicious breakfast with a great choice of cooked and cold food, very helpful staff. Lovely lady at breakfast reception who let me take back a little jug of fresh milk for my cup of tea in the room!
The hotel was also immaculate and very clean. Location was great - we walked everywhere or got an Uber or metro.

This is a good, centrally situated hotel. Close to restaurants, central train station and most of Viennas sights. Good sized rooms that could do with some modernising but otherwise clean and functional. The staff were polite and friendly....

Breakfast is expensive

I and my husband booked a room hear and when we were checking in, we were told that the breakfast is included. That's why we decided to drink a cup of coffee at breakfast before checking out, but we were charged 56 for breakfast even though it was supposed to be included....

Service desk lady surprisingly wasnt friendly at all. I had expression that tourists not welcome here. Overall hotel is very nice with large rooms and good location. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices and restaurant staff are very friendly and willing to help you with everything....
