Pleasant staff, room was clean and tidy. However, it was disappointing to see the double room we booked consisted of 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single duvets. To upgrade was costly, and this was all in the small print. It is a little bit far from the centre of Vienna and the Ubers were pricy, however on the final day we were there we discovered the tram stopped very close by and was only a couple of euros, ...

Lack of Compassion and Professionalism

I would say, there was a lack of compassion and professionalism, would not choose their hotel (Hotel Austria Trend Doppio) for Vienna getaway ever again. If you ask me, I would probably not choose or recommand any other hotel locations within this chain....

Good enough Hotel for a small break, hotel was located not far from city centre , local transport also available outside the hotel, good 45-60 minute walk to the town centre. Bit disappointed about breakfast service as lack of staff at the breakfast area, every morning we had to ask for things to be topped up as 1 person couldnt do everything, felt sorry for the guy, hope things will improve . Where to start , well let's start at Check In, we have arrived at the Hotel around mid day which we were lucky to be provided with a room straight away, after taking our way into the room well.. The carpets are horrendously dirty to the point i had a walk around Vienna looking for flip flops just not to step bare feet on the carpet. If you`re commuting by car and looking for a nice, comfy place to stay for 2-3 nights, it`s the perfect spot. It`s a little bit far from the city but there`s tramp stops in 10 mins walk and metro 15 mins walk.
