We visited Vienna with my husband and our almost 3 year old for New Years with a group booking.
The positive is that the hotel is located next to the metro station and the staff was very polite and friendly.

The experience was awful. We visited the hotel with our school as part of an educational trip. The rooms were full of damages, which they tried to charge us for. Furthermore, they did not comply with health regulations and were extremely rude.

Location of hotel nowhere near anything all buildings covered in graffiti uneasy feel at night !! Metro close but we found it easier to Uber around and very reasonable too. Hotel full of tour groups and youngster groups and really dont cater for casual tourist. Staff very rude and arrogant no patience with asking for help getting around. Room ok for a few days no milk for a cuppa and the kettle lethal. Cannot adjust...

This hotel was right in our price range for our couple of days in Vienna.
Room air conditioning , comfy beds , adequate amount of near bed sockets , fresh towels when needed and friendly staff at reception and bar.
It done the basics very well. The rooms are a bit small but really if youre only sleeping bathing and getting dressed theyre ideal.

I don't understand the negative reviews on the hotel, yes this is a basic hotel, but a positive basic. The location is perfect, you are two minutes from the underground and a 10 minute ride into the centre of Vienna. Yes, there is construction outside the hotel to improve the underground links, but this is not the fault of the hotel!
