The hotel was great, very close to the VIC and IAEA. The bed comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious, you would select Asian food and champagne as well. Free apple and lemonade were available all day. I booked here secondtime, it is highly recommended....

Room stank of smoke despite non-smoking policy :(

Check in was OK, but when I got to the room it stank of (stale?) cigarette smoke. There's a sign in the room stating "If smoking occurs during your stay a EUR 350,00 cleaning fee will be billed to your account." Whatever they spend that fee on, it isn't working as a deterrent, and it isn't making the room smell OK afterwards. I suspect that the problem could be that they're pulling air for the ventilation from the st...

Solid business hotel, nothing much to write home about, but also no complaints. Breakfast is decent, shower pressure is good. Furniture slightly outdated and tired, but if you're mostly here to sleep then the bed is no issue. Bedrooms large and roomy. Very close to public transportation. Would not complain if I had to stay here again. If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you're looking for a decent...

Sadly, no longer a refuge for business travel

This used to be an excellent business hotel. Short walk to the Vienna International Centre and a metro station, quiet rooms, and an OK breakfast (not the best, not the worst). The restaurant is expensive and limited, but who cares - if you are on business, the evening is the only chance to visit the centre.
Sadly, I wont go back there again. Now full of large tour groups, the staff have stopped smiling....

Characterless and dated business hotel

Arrived at this characterless and dated business hotel and were given our room which was like a sauna. After an hour of waiting for the room to cool we went to reception and asked for a room where the aircon worked. We were given another room which was just as hot.
