The staff really make this hotel a luxurious hotel. The suite was spacious and very clean. The food is superb. The dining room can be noisy and it could benefit from an area dedicated to people without young children to make the breakfast experience grand and relaxing. Extreme friendly and attentive Stuff, espacially Angelika and Lindsay at breakfast and the stuff from the checkin Counter, that made it possible that we could extend our stay with keeping our roomabsolutely Perfect Service ! Had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Anatara Vienna just before Christmas this year with everyone so friendly and helpful with a special thanks to the bar staff and also the Wintergarten team who made breakfast so special - thank you - John & Eve Pugh...

I had a great deep tissue massage in the Anantara Spa by massage therapist Su and a very relaxing time afterwards in the spa area. It is very comfortable with good saunas (one women only) and steam room. What I particularly enjoyed is their hydro pool....

Amazing stay. The people are so nice. We first arrived Ahmad our recepcionist was professional. We had to wait 45 minutes for out room but he made it like 10 minutes and delivered our room card to us to the lobby.
Next we went to the spa where Sebastian greeted us with the biggest smile ever. Very nice gentleman. At the spa i have to mention Sununta. Her massage was life changing!
