Had a wonderful stay in the Beautiful Ambassador Hotel , all the staff were lovely, beautiful spacious room which was kept spotlessly clean , the buffet breakfast was superb, would recommend a stay in this lovely hotel , hopefully vist again on our next trip to beautiful Vennia...

Love the location ,centre of every thing you dont need a car unless youre going somewhere away from the centre
I only advice that you have it with no breakfast to experience many lovely places around the hotel for breakfast and all meals

Yes a pretty good 4 star but we paid for a 5 star?
Breakfast great. Staff pleasant. Housekeeping good.
Location great.
Needs brought up to date. A tad old fashioned and not in a good way.
Some British tv would be good or a neyflix chanel.
Also tea and coffee facilities were missing....

Just back from an absolutely brilliant stay at this magnificent hotel, couldnt have been better, heard a couple complaining about no coffee facilities in the room, really makes one wonder what it takes to please some people, no shortage of coffee in this magnificent city...

A lovely old hotel, very clean throughout. Great breakfast choice and very friendly helpful breakfast room staff. However this cannot be said about the reception staff who were disinterested, and rude to the point of being arrogant. Amenities usually available in a five star hotel room non existent.
