The hotel location is very good. It is right next to Westfield Donauzentrum. There are a whole lot of dining and shopping options. Also it is very close to the Kagran station of U1 line. As far as the hotel is concerned, it is very clean. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Only problem is that the bathroom doors are transparent. Also the staff is not readily available after hours. Our experience was nothing short of excellent. The hotel was in a perfect area for our group and vicinity to metro made it very convenient. Shopping centre attached was a pleasant surprise for small amenities. Breakfast included was excellent with a huge variety of to choose from. Staff in dining room were very pleasant. Upon check-in on 29.03.24, we were assigned a room that significantly differed from the description and images provided on the booking listing. The key discrepancies include:
The room featured a bed only 140cm wide, contrary to the expectation set by the listing images.
The bed was made with a single set of bed linen, and only one pair of towels was provided, inadequate for a booking made for two guests.
