Disappointing. Uncomfortable beds. Undesirable area to stay in town.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The bed and pillows are as hard as rocks, and both were uncomfortable as can be. The hotel is located in an unsafe area to walk to the old town, especially at night. No real area to walk or enjoy around the hotel.
The offered shuttle van was very limited in use, and only one way. The breakfast was average. Expensive compared to other hotels that are in a better location....

Lovely modern hotel. Located close to historic center. Free shuttle goes near the arena, a 5 minute ride. No return shuttle but taxis are available at the arena. Staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Air-con is good.
Note: Not many restaurants in immediate vicinity. Eataly is a 5 minute walk....

The hotel was very clean with comfortable bedrooms, good service and pretty good breakfasts, but with limited variety. The main issue was its location in a commercial sector away from the city centre, even though there was a regular courtesy bus. The lounge area was pretty basic and the bar tucked away and not a focal point. Also there was nothing to do in this hotel. Overall a good bed and breakfast, but little more...

We chose this hotel as it was 4 star. It is not 4 star. It is in a very run down and unloved area of Verona about 40 minute walk from the centre. The train station is a 20 minute walk away. The rooms are very small and dated.
Staff were friendly and breakfast plentiful. Glad we only stayed 1 night....

Excellent hotel - parking , helpfull and profesional reception staff , spacious comfortable and clean room ,free shuttle bus to old center of Verona , very good breakfast . Everything is perfect without any remark. I eill certainly choose zhis hotel again if I come back to Verona...
