Excellent accommodation. Clean comfortable and large walkin shower. Within walking distance of all tourist sites. Staff at reception were most helpful at all times. Sergio in particular went out of his way to help us plan various day trips....

The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and accommodating. Thanks to Sergio for making sure we found something to eat on a rainy night - unexpected and so kind!

A lovely hotel,very close to the centre of Verona. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room, lovely breakfast each morning.
Easy walk to the train station, as we went to Vicenza for the day.
We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Verona....

The room and bathroom were very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed. I selected this hotel because the parking facilities which work very well. But you pay for it. The location for us was fine, 10 minute walking to Piazza Bra. Several restaurants and markets very close by. The downside was the breakfast: the quality of the breads were not good. You need to improve the quality of breads (were not fresh), yougurt...

The hotel room was clean, with a good breakfast and plenty of space. The room key was an actual physical key, which felt a bit oddlike stepping back 20 yearssince it wasnt just a card, and it took up more space in my pocket. Other than that, everything was fine....
