Dont trust to the pics.
Bad: small room. Small TV. Uncomfortable pillows. Some noise came from the window. Price in relation to the offer.
Good: cleaning. Restroom stuffs.
Price booked on booking (genius) was 103 with breakfast included for a night.
I dont recommend it at all....

We started our Italian holiday with 2 nights in the Ark and were very pleased with our room-stylish and clean.We had a lovely welcome from the reception staff.The breakfast offered plenty of choice.
Disappointingly ,the last night of our holiday was also spent in The Ark in room 114.This room was not of the same standard of our previous room...There was a crack in the toilet cistern, the shower when used flooded the...

Perfectly fine hotel on outskirts of the main town

Located about 30 minute walk into the heart of Verona, this hotel is ideally positioned close to town with ample parking but also walking distance to restaurants and the tourist sights. Staff here are very helpful and the rooms themselves are clean and average in size for a hotel room. Were lucky to have been upgraded although one would wonder how much smaller the room we originally were booked into wouldve been....

Really well located hotel in Verona.. approximately 5-10 minutes walk to the train station and around 10-15 minutes walk into the centre.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious with good bathroom and plenty of storage for our clothes.
Breakfast was good with a variety of choice..not so big with the cooked breakfast but plenty of pastries and cakes for the sweeter tooth.

Wonderful value. great location, excellent staff who couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was as good as I have ever seen in terms of variety and quantity. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I wsill definitely return. The rooms were clean and refreshed every day with really comfortable beds....
