A fabulous, comfortable, friendly hotel. Perfect location right in the heart of Verona. Great service, great staff, in particular Paula/Paola who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When we got soaked in a day of torrential rain, she brought an electric heater to our room to help dry our soaked coats. We felt very welcome and valued. Relaxing stay in Verona

Brilliant hotel that places you in the cultural heart of the city. Most sightseeing can be done on foot as most are walkable from the hotel. Note that most museums and monuments are closed on Mondays. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food which should satisfy most tastes. Staff are friendly and helpful.
If staying in warmer months it might be worth asking for a room at the back, as most socialising takes...

An excellent boutique hotel, in an ideal location a stones throw from Piazza Erbe and walking distance to many historical sights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Theres also a lift. The room was a good size, the bed even had a top sheet which is rare these days! Equipped with tea making tray, mini fridge and a very efficient AC. Good power shower. Highly recommend a stay here....

Fantastic Hotel

Had 1 night here and it was a fantastic place to stay. Location was excellent, rooms were very nice and teh staff were wonderful. Highly recommended....

Booked on the basis of TA reviews.
Arrival was quick and satisfactory. Our room was fairly spacious.
The awkward part, we found out in the morning, was the shower. We had to open the shower screen to get to the shower control. When putting the water on, it would pour all over the floor soaking it and making it extremely slippery and dangerous when getting out. Was a bit dismayed to find that the cups for coffee and w...
