Love this hotel. Currently here with my husband and I cant say enough about the hotel and service. Room 112 is beautifully appointed and faces a canal. The pictures will speak for themselves! The bed is comfortable and they offer a pillow menu. The room is equipped a stocked mini-fridge, safe and flat screen Smart Tv. The bathroom is gorgeous and has a tub.

I wanted the perfect hotel in Venice for a romantic birthday weekend away. i could not have chosen a better hotel. It is stunning. The decor is gorgeous and we were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Such a beautiful room overlooking the canal.
The service is impeccable with everyone so friendly and helpful but very profesional.

My husband and I came to Venice to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We wanted to stay in a luxurious suite with 24-hour room service, and close to St. Marks Square so we could enjoy those dueling café orchestras in the lit-up square at night. We stayed 4 days. Big rooms, great location, good breakfast. Great stuff. Even in the crowded San Marco, a very quiet place.
We had twin room, first floor. No view, but also very calm and no smell from the water.
Big bathroom, which is really rare in Venice....

The room is EXTREMELY loud, tiny, lacks the charm shown on booking sites, smells mildewy, and sunlight in the room is non existent. You can basically hear talking, nevermind the thumps and creaks ending at midnight and starting first thing in the morning. Unfriendly staff in restaurant. Would not recommend, especially for the cost....
