The location was great. Right by the canal, and right around the corner of all those luxury boutiques. The room was detailed with antique details. The bed and the wardrobe and the lightings were astonishing if you like vintage. The breakfast are was a sweet garden. The food was plenty and tasty, with prosecco and all. Thank you...

Charming place in the middle of Venice

Can't beat a hotel right in the middle of Venice. It was very accessible to everything. Ferry stops are a few minutes walk away. However, it's a bit hard to lug suitcases up and down the bridges as you have to cross a few before you get there. Nonetheless, plan for these obstacles and you'll be alright. This was my favourite place to stay during my visit to Italy! The room itself was cosy and clean, and I was blown away by my beautiful view. I enjoyed watching and listening to couples being serenaded while they glided down the canal in their gondolas....

The worst hotel in all of Venice

Just DO NOT stay here , the beds are two twin beds pushed together with springs sticking into your back, has a very unclean musky smell , I wrote a review on Google the owners response was a lie , rooms are so so so hot and beware of the bugs and mosquitoes , rudest people you will ever deal with...

Good location but very dated

Although in a good location, this hotel is very, very dated and uncomfortable. My superior room was tiny (the second one I was offered) and the lighting was so bad I had to use a torch to see in the wardrobe and to find the plug sockets. But perhaps most surprising was that the walls were covered in plastic sheeting.
Breakfast was ok but in a small,dingy basement....
