Had amazing stay at the hotel. Very nice personal touch, when I arrived there was a note welcoming me..it was very touching. I didn't feel like in a hotel, more like in my own private appartment:) amazing building..very clean, vell decorated and spacious.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Beautiful and stylish building with character. Yes, there are stairs up to the hotel reception, but they are wide and straight, with gorgeous red carpet. The reception area is homely, set with tables and chairs. Vito could not have been more informative, understanding and helpful with all our queries regarding our visit to Venice. This was our first time in Italy and the first lodging we stayed in for 2 nights. No regrets! We arrived early from our long flight and were greeted warmly by the staff, allowed to leave our bags and change in the bathroom, and cool off for a few minutes in the lounge before starting to explore Venice. A totally delightful hotel and just a couple of minutes work from San Marco and some very chichi shopping.
The only reason I give the room four stars is because it was a little small - but it was so charming with its brocade clad walls, antique furniture and Murano wall lights that it made up for what it lacked in size with an evocative sense of old Venice.

Nice hotel with great location near San Marco . Comfort super clean room with good Ac and very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice compliment chocolates . Small bathroom but super clean and with everything you need toiletries , toothbrush and slippers. Everyday housekeeping. The only dislike was the high entrance stair especially if you have a bad knee ....
