Perfect stay for a beautiful city. The staff on reception and at breakfast were just amazing made our stay extra special. The evening staff catered to our every need!, the breakfast spread was amazing and the hotel is just so beautiful and in a perfect quieter spot on the prettiest street. My Mum and I had the most beautiful trip and the hotel really made it extra special. Thank you so much!! ️...

Amazing hotel , perfect position in Venice from coach stop 11 mins walk , quaint and beautiful setting next to canal , room view was amazing , rooms lovely , room service impressive clean towels every day , breakfast perfect, staff perfect , set us up croissants and tea at 6.30am for our check out ( they offered ) highly recommended cant fault it ....

The Hotel refused to honour a voucher issued during the Coronavirus epidemic. We we were not able to make use of it after the epidemic had been declared over - until now (December 2023). Their excuse was that we should have made use of it earlier. That was impossible for family reasons. We could have claimed a refund at the time when we asked for a voucher in order to support the hotel. I wished we had....

Awful! This is the best word to descscribe this hotel. We ended in a room where you can clearly touch ceiling (around 1,95). Room is totally claustrophobic, with the moldy walls, without carpet, with cold ceramic tile on the floor. Room cannot be locked either inside or outside, which bring safety to the poorest ever seen level. Receptionist totally arrogant.

We booked a family room for more than 500euro a night on the website and were relocated to a triple room where they added an additional bed. The room was very small and it was impossible to sleep in 4. We complained upon arrival and was referred to the following morning to discuss with the manager who did not show up at all. Very poor service...
