Too boutique for us

The room was very nice, but the staff seemed a bit impatient. And there was no welcome drink they promised. They weren't friendly or made conversation as the other staff in hotels did in other parts of Italy we stayed. A little bit too bougie for me....

Superb hotel in a perfect location

We have just got back from a long weekend and couldn't recommend this hotel enough.
I emailed the hotel a couple of times before the trip as it was for a special occasion and they replied promptly. From reading Tripadivsor reviews I asked that we didn't have a room with an interconnecting door due to a couple of reviewed stating issues with noise, which they had no problem organising.

This is a super hotel, the rooms are just lovely with everything clean and new and comfortable and sparkly. Location is great, a few minutes walk from the Grand canal, a few minutes walk from St Marks Square and restaurant's and eateries right next to you.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Free room upgrade and the staff took the time to explain the local area and recommended restaurants, excursions etc. The room itself was perfect and very spacious for such a central location. Wonderful bathroom and all the amenities you would need....

Lovely Central Small Hotel

Lovely small hotel that is really central for Venice sights. Standard rooms are quite small but comfortable beds and a great well lit bathroom. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Would recommend and would return....
