Great Location. Clean room. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace. Very, very friendly and helpful staff. They gave helpful sightseeing suggestion. Location for a local grocery store. All my questions were answered. I would definitely stay there again....

Beautiful character filled hotel

The hotel was beautiful and our view was amazing. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return should the opportunity arise. Our room faced the water and the windows opened completely to allow an exquisite view. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious.

The only place we stay when were in Venice. Love the history of this hotel. It is perfectly situated. The staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. We were thrilled to see Stefano again. Room options are excellent and rooms are very comfortable and well fitted. Breakfast in the hotel and evening snacks and wine are an option. Another major factor for us is that they welcome dogs. We travel with our little Maltipoo....

Very elegant hotel, professional staff and very clean. Magnificent view of the canal. Great breakfast with lot's of choices. Highly recommended. Ideally located and a short walk from all the interesting locations like Saint Marks. Will book there again....

Nice Staff but Hot and Mosquitos Galore

imagine laying your head on a slice of cheddar cheese. thats what the pillow felt like. I hid under the blanket all night as a make shift mosquito net, yet those relentless buggers buzzed in my ears all night. I woke up looking like a swamp creature, covered in mosquito bites head to toe. If you stay here its like a two in one vacation. One to venice and the other to the Sahara.
