Unbelievably bad service!!

We arrived at 3.pm BUT there was no open reception.
The door were locked and when we called the telephone numbers NOBODY pick up the phone.
We wait 45 minutes before we can get in. The guy which opens the door CANT SPEAK ENGLISH! So we get NO Information.
The smell was very strong in the floors as well in the rooms.
In this tiny Hotel is NO RESTAURANT!!!
So we get a tiny breakfast on a plate in front of the doo...

A Quiet and Restful Hotel.

A wonderful relaxing stay and a lovely spacious room. The bed was comfortable and the area quiet at night. Breakfast was delivered to us in a stylish manner and there was such a lot of delicious food provided. It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as a short walk to the tourist hot spots....

This was one of the best stays we had while in Europe. Oliver took really good care of us while we were there and was so accommodating to our needs. He was happy to help us with everything and anything and was so friendly. There was such a wide variety for breakfast and my phone wasnt working to choose the preferences so Oliver personally came to our room and noted everything down the night before.

Great room and fantastic location

Very nice rooms, big in size and large bathrooms. Our bathroom had a steam room built in too which was nice to use with la large shower
We were met by a great guy named Yusuf who showed us to our room straight away. He bought a fantastic breakfast to our room at the agreed time which was fantastic
I also spoke with Oliver who also was very happy to help with any questions

My wife and i stayed in this spacious and exclusive hotel in Venice. We were greeted by Oliver & Joseph who were professional and friendly.
The room was spacious & ours had a built in steam shower & sauna - YES SAUNA!! The hotel is located in the heart of Venice as well! Oliver had recommended a few restaurants - of which did not disappoint! We had the best pasta in Chat Qui Rit which was a walking distance from ou...
