NOT IMPRESSED
Travelled on 11/2024
Only arrived yesterday. No bar open due to staff sickness. Left a laundry bag for collection in room only to find it still on settee when we got back. Took down to reception to be told it has to be handed in during the morning. No instructions in room to advise you of that. Huge high ceilings, massive room, good size bathroom and bathtub. Opened the curtains from both windows and we had a fantastic view of the canal, bridge and diners at the restaurant. We had a small Prosecco and sat on window ledge watching everyone.
There is a massive elegant sitting room in th...

Lovely location but rooms a bit tired
Travelled on 11/2023
The hotel is a short walk from St Marks Square and lots of lovely restaurants. Our room was a bit shabby with a few dead mosquitos on the wall but the bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast was in a lovely location with views over the canal. Limited choice but they did manage my gluten free requirements...
