Old world charm and lovely hotel in the best location.

Venetian style with elegant furnishings within walking distance of the train station, this hotel offers the real feel of living in Venice. Expansive breakfast in the courtyard with everything you could want or need. It is an older building so the plumbing was a little different than expected, but we'd still return based on the value and the location and comfort....

The hotel is just lovely, comfortable and clean, thank you Fabiola, you were really helpful and kind to is, we really appreciate it, our first visit to Venice, we will be back, definitely to this nice little hotel, really fantastic breakfast as well...

This was a solid 3-star hotel. The breakfast was great for it being such a small hotel. The 4-person room was really small, and didn't have any storage for clothes or suitcases. If we were there for more than 2 nights, it would have been really stressful. The beds were comfortable enough. The room did have air conditioning. This was a great little hotel for the price point. close to the transport hubs. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great. Im gluten free and they provided gf bread and cakes. Lovely coffee. We had a ground floor room and it was very nice....

Room not so great

Staff friendly and breakfast was good. The room we had was not so good though. Room 104, it had a bit of a mouldy smell to the room and the air conditioning unit rattled and dripped water. We were also kept awake all night due to drain pipes running directly outside the room which sounded like the pipes were for all the rooms in the building. It was constant through the night....
